What is executive search?
Executive search is the recruitment of senior leaders through a dedicated search firm. Rather than advertising a role, the firm identifies the people best suited to it, including those who are not looking for a move, approaches them directly and assesses them in depth before presenting a shortlist.
Our aim is to help you understand your human capital needs and attract leaders who can move your organization forward, with honest advice and close attention throughout the search.
Our approach
- Candidate identification. We start by understanding your business, the role and what success looks like. Then we map the market and identify the leaders and investment professionals best suited to it, including those performing well where they are and not actively looking.
- Interviewing and assessing candidates. We approach candidates directly and discreetly, interview them in depth against the agreed specification, and give you candid advice on each person we present.
- Supporting the hiring process. We support your interviews, take references, and help bring your preferred candidate to an accepted offer.
- Onboarding support. Our involvement does not end at the offer. We stay close to you and your new leader through the transition to help them make a strong start.
